Doors open at 5:00 PM and our dinner buffet lines will be open around 5:30! Our silent auction and raffles will be set up and koozies will be for sale for anyone that wants to participate in heads or tails. The program will begin promptly at 7:00pm, including a panel with Coach Underwood and his guest speakers (to be announced)! We will also have a live auction and paddle raise. The event ends promptly at 9:00 PM.

Jeans, cowboy boots, and Illinois attire are all highly recommended. Much of the seating is on firmly packed dirt in the arena, so dress accordingly.
The event is located at the Gordyville USA arena (2205 County Rd 3000 N, Gifford, IL 61847) and there is ample parking for attendees.
Dinner will consist of a Beef Pot Roast, Grilled Chicken Breast, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Corn, Green Beans, Homemade Noodles, Cole Slaw, Rolls, Butter with Texas Sheet Cake and Assorted Pies for dessert.
Our seating is tiered, based on sponsorship level. At registration, you will be given a table number and directed to your seat. We cannot accommodate seating requests from individual ticket purchases – all individual tickets will be tier 6 seating and randomly assigned.
Yes! There will be forms on the tables that you can fill out with your questions that will be asked to the Coaches panel on stage.
We will have a cash raffle, ring toss, Heads or Tails, and plenty more! Come back to this page later to see what else may be added for 2025.
The silent auction will use paper bidding sheets, but payments can be paid by cash, check, or credit card. We will also accept these forms of payment for the bar, raffles, live auction, and paddle raise.
It is recommended to purchase your ticket prior to the event as it typically sells out. Do not plan on purchasing tickets at the door.
Yes, all guests must be 21.
General donations can be made on this website by clicking the “Get Tickets” button, scrolling to the bottom, and making a donation online.
An email confirmation of donation may be used as a receipt for online donations, including ticket sales and auction items. If you’re unable to find yours, email anita.jasinska@cancer.org to request it to be re-sent.
Coaches vs. Cancer donations will support the mission of the American Cancer Society by funding research, providing public education about prevention and early detection, advocating for cancer policies and federal, state and local legislation, and providing patient services such as rides to treatment, free lodging, emotional support, and much more.
All sales are final and help to fund the mission of ACS.
